Almost cried at mile 15 but realized that would mess up my breathing so I stopped haha. Thank you Liz for making sure I was well fueled. Can't wait to do other non running fitness things. PS: super proud because a 10:30 pace was my goal!

The 8 weeks of coaching with Liz have been eye opening. The results its self prove it. Ive tried other programs before, but Liz is different because she practice what she preaches and is real. Her only goal is her client to reach their goal and she tells you from the start what to expect after 8 weeks. I can't imagine what I can achieve if I continue. Her workouts are amazing and effective. She doesn’t make you do any weird fancy shit, just basics which is all you need. Her cardio will make you sweat and work like crazy. Everything about Liz’s program is great and I highly recommend to anyone.
